Job summary

BNP Phase III is expanding nutrition-responsive social protection with a focus on SBC for nutrition, community engagement, and Early Childhood Development in Lahore Division. The Nutrition and Development Facilitator (NDF) will work at Facilitation Centre level, linking households to services and promoting better nutrition, parenting and service uptake through counselling and referrals.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Nutrition, Public Health or related field.
1–2 years of experience in community mobilization, nutrition, SBC, ECD or related programs.
Experience with BISP/Kafaalat, LHWs/LHSs or government/community platforms is advantageous.
Fluency in local languages; English is an advantage.
Strong interpersonal, counseling and community engagement skills.

Responsibilities

Targeted Outreach and Mapping within FC catchment area.
Conduct SBC and behavior change activities with families.
Provide counselling at Facilitation Centres and support Parenting and Nutrition Corner.
Promote positive parenting and ECD practices.
Support follow-up, referrals, and linkage to services (ANC/PNC/EPI/CMAM).
Monitor and report outreach, counseling, referrals and service uptake.
