Position Summary

Senior Network Engineer Technical Solution with 1 to 5 years of hands‑on experience in implementing and managing Cisco and Huawei based traditional or Software‑Defined Data Center (SDN) Switching solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide planning, implementation, operation, and optimization assistance to customers around Data Center Switching & Network Security solutions.
• Responsible for day‑to‑day operation of Huawei based SDN Data Center Switching solution, including troubleshooting and coordination with System and Network Security teams.
• Experience in designing, implementing, and managing large‑scale Data Center Switching deployment, preferably Cisco ACI or Huawei SDN.
• Provide advanced troubleshooting and on‑site support for complex network issues to ensure seamless operations.
• Collaborate with OEM TAC for ticket opening, fault resolution, and customer IT teams to optimize datacenter performance and scalability.
• Implement and enforce best practices for Data Center Network security, leveraging SDN features.

Required Skills

• Ability to work under pressure with excellent customer handling skills.
• Ability to lead off‑business hours routine upgrades and troubleshooting activities.
• Excellent problem‑solving, oral communication, listening, and documentation skills to interact with and assist within a customer organization.
• Strong understanding of routing protocols (BGP, OSPF), Data Center Interconnect, Data‑center Migration Projects, and Layer 2 technologies (VLAN, VXLAN, STP).

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree (BS/BE) in Computer Science, Electronics/Telecommunication Engineering.
• 1‑5 years of experience in design, deployment, configuration and support of Cisco ACI/Huawei SDN.
• Have past experience of independently leading and implementing similar projects.
• Network certification (CCNP/HCIP) is a strong advantage.
• 1‑5 years customer‑facing experience in System Integrator.
