Job summary

Provox Global Solutions is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to lead requirements for a NetSuite ERP implementation for a U.S.-backed industrial manufacturer. You will be embedded with the client’s leadership team and work onsite in Pakistan, modeling business processes and guiding the ERP transformation from the start.

The Senior BA will collaborate daily with executives and the NetSuite partner, translating business needs into the new system while maintaining traceability and balancing

Qualifications

• Minimum 8+ years as a Business Analyst on technology implementation projects.
• Experience with ERP or large-scale system implementations.
• Hands-on NetSuite ERP implementation experience.

Responsibilities

• Model current and future-state business processes using BPMN or flowcharts.
• Lead workshops and interviews to gather, validate, and prioritize requirements; produce BRDs and functional specs.
• Translate business requirements into NetSuite configurations; perform fit-gap analyses.
• Define end-to-end cross-functional processes (Lead-to-Quote, Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash).
• Maintain requirements traceability; manage scope and change requests.
• Support data migration planning and user acceptance testing (UAT).
