Job summary

Provox Global Solutions is seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to lead requirements definition for a NetSuite ERP implementation embedded with the client’s leadership team in Pakistan.

You will model current and future-state processes, facilitate workshops with executives and a third-party NetSuite partner, and translate business needs into configurations with a focus on minimizing customizations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8+ years as a Business Analyst on technology implementations.
• Hands-on NetSuite ERP implementations, including modules like lead-to-quote and order-to-cash.
• Proficient in BPMN or flowcharts and in producing BRDs and functional specs.
• Experience with waterfall and agile delivery methodologies.
• Excellent written and verbal English for executive-level communication.
• Ability to work independently and manage stakeholder expectations.

Provox Global Solutions is seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to lead requirements definition for a NetSuite ERP implementation at a U.S. private-equity-backed industrial manufacturing company. In this dedicated role, you will be embedded with the client’s leadership team, working onsite in Pakistan to model business processes and drive the ERP transformation from the start. The Senior BA will collaborate daily with the client’s senior executives and the third-party NetSuite implementation partner, shaping future-state workflows and translating business needs into the new system. You will be employed and managed by Provox Global Solutions’ Pakistan operations (handling HR, hiring, and performance), while taking direction for project work from the client’s executive sponsors.

Key Responsibilities

• Business Process Modeling: Analyze current-state workflows and design optimized future-state processes to identify efficiency gains. Document processes using techniques such as BPMN or flowcharts, and recommend automation or standardization opportunities.
• Requirements Elicitation & Documentation: Lead workshops, interviews, and discovery sessions with stakeholders to gather, validate, and prioritize business requirements. Develop and maintain clear Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), functional specifications, process maps, and other documentation.
• NetSuite ERP Implementation Support: Collaborate with the NetSuite implementation partner to translate business requirements into system configurations. Conduct fit-gap analyses to align needs with NetSuite’s standard capabilities, and advocate a configuration-over-customization approach.
• Cross-Functional Process Alignment: Define and improve end-to-end processes across all relevant business functions (Lead-to-Quote, Design-to-Build, Procure-to-Pay, Plan-to-Produce, Order-to-Cash), ensuring consistent requirements are captured for finance, operations, manufacturing, and sales workflows.
• Stakeholder Liaison & Project Methodology: Act as the primary interface between the client’s business stakeholders and technical teams. Maintain requirements traceability, clarify scope, and manage change requests. Apply both waterfall and agile methodologies appropriately within the hybrid project framework.
• Implementation & Testing: Support the overall ERP delivery by contributing to data migration planning, coordinating user acceptance testing (UAT), and assisting with change management activities. Help identify requirement gaps, risks, and dependencies early in the project.

Required Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 8+ years as a Business Analyst on technology implementation projects, with a strong focus on process modeling and requirements analysis. Proven track record in ERP or large-scale system implementations.
• NetSuite Expertise: Hands-on experience in NetSuite ERP implementations, including modules/processes such as lead management (lead-to-quote), product design/manufacturing (design-to-build), procurement (procure-to-pay), production planning (plan-to-produce), and order fulfillment/finance (order-to-cash).
• Modeling & Documentation Skills: Proficient in process mapping (e.g. BPMN or flowcharts) and in producing detailed BRDs, functional requirements, and process flow diagrams.
• Project Methodologies: Practical experience with both waterfall and agile delivery methodologies, with good judgment on when to apply each.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal English skills, with the ability to communicate confidently at the executive level. Strong workshop facilitation and stakeholder-management skills.
• Analytical & Problem Solving: Strong analytical mindset to evaluate business process changes against ERP system capabilities. Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a proactive, self-directed approach and the ability to work independently.

Preferred Qualifications

• Industry Background: Experience in industrial manufacturing, supply chain, distribution, or field service environments.
• ERP Implementation Experience: Prior work alongside third-party ERP implementation partners or consultants.
• ERP Project Skills: Exposure to ERP data migration, system integration requirements, user acceptance testing (UAT), or business change management in past projects.
