Huawei in Pakistan seeks experienced Multi-Vendor Microwave Planning & Implementation Engineers / Team Leads across Pakistan with strong technical expertise in Huawei, NEC and Ericsson microwave transmission networks.
You will perform end-to-end planning, design, installation, optimization, and support for telecom transmission projects, coordinate with customers and field teams, and contribute to project delivery with travel across the country.
Formación
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics/Telecommunications.
- 3–8 years of microwave transmission planning and implementation experience.
- Experience with Huawei/NEC Ericsson microwave systems and network planning.
Responsabilidades
- Perform end-to-end microwave network planning and design for Huawei, NEC and Ericsson transmission networks.
- Conduct path surveys, link budget calculations, path profile analysis, and frequency planning.
- Prepare HLD, LLD, BOQs, and technical documentation.
- Execute microwave link implementation, integration, commissioning, and acceptance activities.
- Coordinate with customers, project managers, implementation teams, and field engineers to ensure timely project delivery.
