Job summary

Motive is seeking a Software Engineer — ML, Perception to join a fast-paced team building intelligence for trucks. You will design and implement computer vision systems, develop edge and cloud components, and work with researchers across CV, ML, and robotics to deliver scalable features used by millions of trucks.

You will mentor junior engineers and collaborate with Embedded, Backend, Frontend, Hardware, QA, and AI teams to ensure robust AI systems and effective deployment pipelines.

Qualifications

• Requires 5+ years in CV/ML algorithm development.
