Job summary

Motive is hiring a Software Engineer — ML, Perception to join our AI team focused on making trucks safer and more efficient through intelligent perception and learning. You will design and optimize computer vision models, develop edge and cloud services, and collaborate with researchers and engineers across Embedded, Backend, Frontend, and Hardware teams.

You will implement real-time CV/ML algorithms for embedded platforms, experiment with new models, and contribute to end-to-end product

Qualifications

• 5+ years of algorithm development experience in Computer Vision, Deep Learning, and ML.
• Hands-on experience with training frameworks and tools (PyTorch | TensorFlow).

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and improve the performance of existing models and algorithms in production.
• Build and optimize CV/ML algorithms for real-time performance on embedded platforms (edge).
• Convert state-of-the-art research prototypes into production features.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure robust AI systems.
