Medcare MSO seeks a Senior Business Analyst – MIPS & Quality Reporting to design and document end-to-end MIPS reporting workflows within EHR systems. The role will identify data gaps and ensure compliant reporting to CMS through registries, with close collaboration across BA, Dev, QA, and Operations teams.

The successful candidate will have 6–8 years in MIPS reporting, strong CMS QPP knowledge, and experience translating requirements into actionable specifications for development teams.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, Health Informatics, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 6–8 years of relevant experience in MIPS reporting, CMS quality programs, healthcare regulatory compliance, or related healthcare IT functions.
• Hands-on experience with MIPS data reporting through EHR systems, Qualified Registries, or QCDRs.
• Experience analyzing EHR clinical workflows, structured clinical data capture, and registry reporting requirements.
• Attended CMS webinars/training on MIPS, QPP updates.
