Job summary

Medcare MSO is seeking a Software Quality Assurance Engineer who ensures the quality of the Practice Management System (PMS) software through all SDLC stages. You will review requirements, design documents, prepare test plans and cases, and execute functional, integration, regression, smoke and end-to-end testing, tracking defects to resolution.

The role applies strong US healthcare RCM domain knowledge and uses AI tools such as Claude and ChatGPT to generate test scenarios, improve coverage,

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on testing experience in US healthcare PMS - mandatory.
• Candidates with general software testing experience but without the required 2 years of US Healthcare PMS testing experience will not be considered.
• Experience with test management and defect tracking tools such as Azure DevOps or Jira.

Responsibilities

• Ensure quality of MedCare's PMS software across all SDLC phases.
• Review requirements and design documents, and prepare test plans and test cases.
• Execute functional, integration, regression, smoke, and end-to-end testing.
• Track defects through to resolution.
