Job summary

MedCare MSO Global in Lahore, Pakistan, seeks a Senior Business Analyst – MIPS & Quality Reporting to analyze and document MIPS reporting workflows within EHR systems. The role focuses on identifying data gaps and ensuring compliant CMS reporting across QA, IA, PI, and cost categories.

The ideal candidate has 6–8 years in MIPS reporting, CMS programs, and regulatory healthcare IT, with strong knowledge of QPP requirements and EHR registries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in healthcare admin, informatics, IT, business, or related field.
• Hands-on MIPS reporting and CMS QPP experience is required.
• Experience with EHRs, registries, or QCDRs for quality reporting.
• Knowledge of MS-attributes in CMS QPP frameworks and regulatory guidelines.
• Familiarity with HL7, FHIR, QRDA, and C-CDA standards.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, design, and document end-to-end MIPS reporting workflows.
• Translate CMS requirements into functional specifications for development teams.
• Collaborate with BA, Development, QA, and Operations to implement reporting solutions.
• Support registry submissions and ensure accuracy in QA reporting processes.
