Responsibilities

• Provide expertise in mineral exploration, planning, development, production, processing, reclamation, and environmental aspects.
• Analyze technical data to support exploration and development.
• Undertake due diligence, evaluate mineral feasibility studies, investment proposals and review/suggest transaction structure.
• Lead R&D to innovate in the mineral sector and help the authorities in decision-making.
• Develop evidence-based reports/studies with recommendations to attract investment.
• Assist in preparation of mineral sector MOUs, tender documents, and draft agreements.
