Qualifikationen
- Bachelor's or Master degree in Mining/Geology/Geophysics engineering registered with PEC.
- Minimum 20–25 years of progressive mining/geophysical exploration experience.
- Senior executive/managerial leadership experience in mining/geophysics.
Aufgaben
- Lead technical evaluations, long-term mine planning and geophysical exploration across targets.
- Oversee JV feasibility studies, pre-feasibility/feasibility reports and economic metrics (NPV, IRR).
- Direct core geophysical programs: airborne/ground seismic, magnetic, EM, IP surveys.
- Supervise data processing, 3D sub-surface modeling, and geological interpretation.
- Guide drilling campaigns and ore-bearing horizon identification in Chagai belt.
- Review mine designs, slope stability, stripping ratios, and ore-grade control plans.
- Provide technical direction on drilling, blasting, extraction, and crushing-to-smelting workflows.
