Job summary
Innovation Insight is seeking a Technical Lead / Principal Software Engineer to define and own technical direction. Located in Lahore, this full-time onsite role requires a senior engineer who actively codes and leads concurrently multiple projects, ensuring high-quality outputs and integration of modern AI tools.
The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience with the MERN stack, strong leadership skills, and a commitment to enhancing team capabilities. A collaborative mindset is essential as you work directly with the CTO on engineering standards and delivery strategies.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of hands-on full stack development with the MERN stack.
- Proficiency in NestJS and Next.js.
- Deep TypeScript knowledge.
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Strong architectural problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead multiple software projects as a technical lead.
- Own all major architectural decisions and document them.
- Conduct meaningful code reviews and provide mentorship.
- Integrate AI tools into the engineering workflow.
- Develop automation strategies to enhance productivity.
