Job Description

The Senior Medical Officer – General Surgery (Locum) will be responsible for providing comprehensive surgical care, conducting patient assessments, assisting in the diagnosis and management of surgical conditions, performing minor surgical procedures as appropriate, assisting consultants during major surgical procedures, monitoring patients post-operatively, managing emergencies, maintaining accurate medical records, and ensuring compliance with hospital protocols and patient safety standards. The candidate must hold an MBBS degree, have completed FCPS training in General Surgery at a recognized tertiary care hospital, and possess a valid PMDC license.

Qualifications

MBBS Degree & Completed FCPS training in General Surgery with a valid license from PMDC.
