Job summary

Central Power Generation Company Limited in Guddu, Sindh is seeking a Manager Electrical to oversee all electrical operations, maintenance and outage planning. You will ensure the integrity of generators, switchgear, protection and excitation systems, while coordinating with HR and regulatory bodies for compliance.

The role requires a B.E./B.Sc. in Electrical/Electronics with 10–15 years of progressive experience, including 2–4 years in supervision.

Qualifications

A B.Sc. or B.E. in Electrical/Electronics Engineering from a recognized university (HEC).
10–15 years of progressive electrical operations experience, with 2–4 years in a supervisory capacity.

Responsibilities

Ensure operational integrity of generators, switchgear, protection systems, excitation systems, and auxiliary electrical components.
Oversee electrical systems including control, motors, transformers and other equipment.
Develop and implement maintenance strategies, schedules and SOPs per OEM guidelines.
Lead outages and annual maintenance planning.
Supervise testing, relay coordination, and system upgrades during shutdowns.
Review contractor performance against KPIs and ensure task completion and quality.
