MEP Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a full-time on-site Construction Manager (Mechanical) for Karachi projects. You will oversee and direct construction from conception to completion, manage schedules, costs, and coordination with subcontractors, and ensure mechanical systems meet specifications.

Role emphasizes safety, quality assurance, and handling multiple concurrent projects, with collaboration across architects, engineers, and vendors to meet contractual obligations.

Qualifications

• 10 years' experience in managing new-construction and remodeling projects.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and contracts.
• Knowledge of building-code requirements and scheduling methods.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with focus on quality.
• Knowledge of construction safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and direct construction projects from conception to completion.
• Schedule deliverables and estimate costs.
• Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors.
• Meet contractual performance conditions.
• Oversee mechanical systems including HVAC, piping and plumbing.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers and specialists.
• Visit sites for walks and meetings and attend status/coordination meetings.
• Conduct quality assurance and safety inspections throughout the process.
• Maintain SOW/preconstruction documents and manage contractors/vendors.
• Respond to delays, emergencies, and other project disruptions.
