Job summary

ZADS Architecture in Karachi is seeking an MEP Engineer for a full-time, on-site role to design and coordinate mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems for residential and commercial projects.

You will ensure drawings are buildable, perform load calculations, coordinate with architects and structural teams, address site queries, and review drawings to resolve clashes before construction.

Qualifications

• Mechanical, electrical, or MEP engineering degree required.
• Experience producing MEP layouts for residential or commercial buildings in Pakistan.
• Knowledge of HVAC, electrical distribution, plumbing, and drainage, plus local codes.
• Able to coordinate services with architectural and structural drawings.
• Proficient in AutoCAD; Revit MEP is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Design and coordinate MEP systems on residential and commercial projects.
• Keep systems aligned with architectural drawings from design through construction.
• Prepare layouts and load calculations.
