DIAKOB Enterprises is hiring a Senior Research Analyst to own research execution and expert networking initiatives for global clients. The role emphasizes thinking independently, sourcing beyond traditional databases, and recruiting experts to deliver meaningful insights.

You will mentor junior analysts, uphold quality standards, and contribute to operational excellence while working on-site in Islamabad during the night shift (6:00 PM – 3:00 AM), Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Psychology, or related discipline.
• Minimum 1 year of market research or expert-networking experience mandatory.
• Experience in expert identification, sourcing, screening, and recruitment.
• Strong analytical, communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Proficiency in Excel, CRM tools, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end research projects.
• Identify, evaluate, and recruit high-value industry experts.
• Go beyond databases to discover experts via LinkedIn and other platforms.
• Conduct market, consumer, and competitor research.
• Build and strengthen DIAKOB’s expert network.
• Ensure accuracy and quality of expert profiles and deliverables.
• Mentor junior researchers and support training.

We are looking for an ambitious and experienced Senior Research Analyst who understands the world of expert networking and market research, can think beyond conventional databases, and has the resourcefulness to identify and engage the right experts for complex research projects.

This is a specialized role.

Candidates must have demonstrated professional experience in expert networking within the market research industry. Applications without relevant expert-networking experience will not be considered.

This is NOT a remote, hybrid, or freelance position.

Position: Senior Research Analyst

Location: E-11, Islamabad — On-Site

Shift: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM

Workdays: Monday – Friday

THE ROLE

As a Senior Research Analyst, you will take ownership of research execution and expert networking initiatives while contributing to the development of a high-performing research team.

You will be expected to think independently, research intelligently, source beyond traditional databases, and identify the experts who can deliver meaningful insights for our global clients.

You will also play an important role in mentoring junior analysts, supporting training, maintaining quality standards, and contributing to operational excellence.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead and manage end-to-end research projects
• Identify, evaluate, and recruit high-value industry experts
• Go beyond existing databases to discover relevant experts through LinkedIn and other professional platforms
• Conduct market, consumer, and competitor research
• Build and continuously strengthen DIAKOB’s expert network
• Ensure accuracy and quality of expert profiles and research deliverables
• Mentor and guide junior Research Analysts
• Support onboarding and training of new team members
• Work closely with Team Leads and management to achieve KPIs
• Manage multiple projects while maintaining quality and timelines
• Collaborate across teams to ensure seamless project execution

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Psychology, or a related discipline
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in market research or expert networking — mandatory
• Demonstrated experience in expert identification, sourcing, screening, and recruitment
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Strong proficiency in Excel, CRM tools, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator — mandatory
• A proactive mindset with strong research instincts and attention to detail
