The Role
We are looking for a proactive Analyst to join our team at IDR. In this role, you will act as the key liaison between IDR and its clients, ensuring seamless project delivery, expert engagement, and high client satisfaction. You will be responsible for identifying and recruiting the right subject matter experts, managing consultations, and ensuring compliance across all stages of the project lifecycle. This position offers the opportunity to collaborate across international teams and industries, while playing a central role in strengthening client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand client requirements and project goals, ensuring alignment with deliverables and timelines.
- Identify, recruit, and screen subject matter experts (SMEs) for qualitative and quantitative research projects using tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, online search engines, and industry databases.
- Engage with experts to confirm their suitability and ensure smooth onboarding.
- Coordinate and schedule consultations, maintaining accurate calendars and communication with all parties.
- Submit expert profiles for internal review and client approval.
- Maintain detailed records of experts, including payment information and compliance documentation, on internal trackers and platforms.
- Address expert queries regarding onboarding, payments, and project processes in a timely manner.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and information security standards throughout project execution.
Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Bachelors degree in management sciences, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 0–2 years of relevant work experience.
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication, with the ability to engage effectively with professionals across industries.
- Other necessary skills:
- Familiarity with the expert network industry.
- Strong collaboration skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
- Resilience in handling tight deadlines and changing client needs.
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Interest in learning about new industries, research methodologies, and compliance best practices.
What Do We Offer?

- Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM PKT (Monday to Friday)
