• Lead governance forums (Board of Faculty, Academic Council, Boards of Studies) and coordinate governance proceedings.
• Oversee semester planning in partnership with Registrar’s Office and Academic Operations.
• Implement SOPs and policies; ensure aligned academic program offerings across the University.
• Identify, track, and resolve student academic concerns in coordination with relevant offices.
• Ensure timely execution of governance meetings and coordination across academic units.
