Job summary

Habib University is seeking a Manager, Curriculum and Program Development within the Office of Undergraduate Education. This role leads the design, evaluation, and continuous improvement of academic programs, with responsibility for the Habib Liberal Core (HLC) and evidence-based curriculum enhancements.

The Manager oversees the curriculum review cycle, conducts program health assessments, and coordinates benchmarking studies to inform program improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, evaluation, and continuous improvement of academic programs and curricula, including stewardship of Habib Liberal Core (HLC).
• Oversee annual curriculum review cycle and conduct program health assessments.
• Coordinate benchmarking studies and evidence-based recommendations for program improvement.
• Collaborate with Program Directors, faculty, HLC Program Board of Studies, and external reviewers on curriculum initiatives.
• Organize HLC board meetings, prepare agendas and minutes, and track governance decisions.
