Education Stake is looking for a Senior Level Designer based in Lahore, Pakistan. You will craft challenging gameplay experiences, focusing on designing precision-based levels.

This role requires collaboration with programmers, designers, and QA testers to ensure fair and readable gameplay. Ideal candidates should have 5+ years of experience in level design for platformer or rhythm-based games, understanding of player psychology, and ability to develop structured gameplay segments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of level design experience in platformer or rhythm-based games.
• Strong understanding of timing, pacing, and player psychology.
• Ability to create clean, readable layouts without unnecessary distractions.

Responsibilities

• Design and prototype Hard-to-Expert difficulty levels.
• Create structured gameplay segments (Ship, Wave, gravity mechanics, etc.).
• Conduct iteration cycles based on playtesting data.

Skills

Level design experience in platformer or rhythm-based games

Strong understanding of timing, pacing, and player psychology

Experience designing high-difficulty precision gameplay

Ability to create clean, readable layouts
