Job summary

Nysonian Inc. is seeking a Senior Forward Deployed Engineer to own internal systems end-to-end, including production infrastructure, internal CRM, and automation tooling. You’ll architect scalable solutions, drive cross-team initiatives, and lead incident response.

This senior, high-autonomy role requires deep backend, AWS, and database expertise. You’ll partner with product and operations to eliminate manual work and raise the bar for engineering standards.

Qualifications

• 4+ years building backend systems in production SaaS environments.
• Deep AWS experience including EC2, S3, IAM, and networking.
• Expert Linux server administration and troubleshooting.
• Strong database design and security posture for PostgreSQL/MongoDB.
• Proven automation scripting in Bash, Python, or Node.js.

Responsibilities

• Own CRM architecture and internal tooling for agent workflows and automation.
• Lead production infra on AWS and manage security, networking, and incident response.
• Architect MCP servers and AI-agent integrations with CRM and databases.
• Mentor engineers and set technical standards across the team.
• Collaborate with product, ops, and leadership to translate pain points into roadmaps.
