Job summary

Nysonian Inc. is seeking a builder who will own the design and production operation of agentic AI systems end-to-end, including models, orchestration, tool-calling schemas, guardrails, and cloud infrastructure powering them.

You will also work within our commerce platform and internal CRM, delivering architectural ownership beyond prompt-tweaking with multi-model routing and safety checks in production.

Qualifications

• Proven experience designing and delivering end-to-end AI agent systems.
• Strong background in multi-model orchestration and model selection.
• Experience building tool-calling schemas and integration with external platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own the design and deployment of multi-agent systems and orchestrator patterns.
• Develop and maintain tool layers and integrations across Shopify GraphQL, ShipHero, Gorgias, Klaviyo and internal APIs.
• Choose models and route tasks by cost and latency; implement safety and grounding checks.
