Job summary

Codup is preparing to migrate our website from WordPress to HubSpot Content Hub. We are seeking a senior HubSpot CMS specialist to lead the migration architecture, technical framework, and end-to-end implementation.

You will work with marketing, engineering, and project management to define how the site should be structured, migrated, built, tracked, and maintained. The right candidate combines HubSpot development expertise with marketing judgment and a focus on SEO, content operations, UX, and

Qualifications

• 4-5+ years hands-on with HubSpot CMS or Content Hub
• Proven ownership of WordPress-to-HubSpot migrations
• Strong experience building HubSpot themes and custom modules from scratch
• Advanced knowledge of HubL, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
• Deep experience with HubDB and dynamic content architecture
• Strong understanding of SEO, AEO, GEO, structured data, redirects, and website performance
• Practical knowledge of HubSpot tracking, attribution, and analytics, including its limitations vs GA4
• Ability to translate marketing and business requirements into scalable technical solutions
• Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder-management skills

Responsibilities

• Lead migration architecture from WordPress to HubSpot Content Hub
• Define the technical framework and implementation approach
• Collaborate with marketing, engineering, and PM teams to structure, migrate, build, track and maintain the site
• Develop scalable themes, templates, modules using HubL, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Establish SEO protection, redirects, and analytics strategies during and after migration
• Create governance standards and documentation for ongoing site expansion
