Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience supervising construction, interior fit-out, residential, or industrial sites.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, finishing works, materials, and quality inspection.
• Skilled in coordinating labor, subcontractors, deliveries, tools, and daily sequencing.
• Ability to track progress against schedules and prepare site updates and reports.
• Knowledge of workplace safety practices and site housekeeping.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and attention to detail.
