PsychPlus is hiring a Senior Data Analytics Engineer to drive data products improving patient care and healthcare operations. You will develop analytics pipelines, dashboards, and reports, applying ML/AI capabilities while ensuring data security and compliance.

The role combines data engineering, analytics, and product-focused insights in a healthcare tech environment. You will collaborate with clinical teams, operations, and software engineers to deliver scalable data solutions.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience creating modular, version-controlled data pipelines.
• Experience with Python/PySpark and SQL in production data environments.
• Familiarity with Power BI and DAX for dashboards.
• Healthcare data experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain datasets and automated reports to monitor product features.
• Define KPI metrics, data sources, and reporting cadence for stakeholders.
• Lead architecture decisions, modelling standards, and mentor teammates in data engineering.
• Improve data pipelines from bronze to silver to gold, with idempotent design and quality checks.
• Develop Data Quality checks and automated tests across ingestion and processing layers.
• Define analytics tracking for in-app events and new features.
• Contribute to building ML/AI pipelines in Python with AI Scientists and Engineers.
