Job summary

PsychPlus is seeking a Product Owner – Clinical to lead and evolve the clinical product experience for both in-person and virtual care. You will work with clinicians, clinical operations, engineering, design, QA, and other teams to translate real-world clinical needs into intuitive, scalable product solutions, covering patient intake, assessments, treatment planning, documentation, and care coordination.

The candidate should understand US behavioral health workflows and have hands-on experience

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with EHR/EMR systems or clinical software.
• Experience translating clinical workflows into clear product specifications.

Responsibilities

• Own the clinical product backlog and prioritize backlog items.
• Collaborate with clinicians and operations to optimize behavioral health workflows.
• Translate clinical needs into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Improve the EHR/EMR experience by simplifying documentation and workflows.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration to ensure practical, deliverable features.
• Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and demos to maintain momentum.
