Job summary

HBL, a leading financial institution in Pakistan, is seeking an experienced Data Scientist to build predictive models for customer, product, and risk use cases. You will translate complex data into actionable insights and present findings to senior management.

In this role, you will partner with Data Engineering and IT to operationalize models, develop dashboards in Power BI or Tableau, and identify opportunities across Retail, Operations, Product and Risk to drive measurable business impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in a quantitative field.
• 5+ years in Advanced Analytics, Data Science or BI.
• Proven experience deploying predictive/ML models in real business settings.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement predictive and ML models for various use cases.
• Build and maintain executive dashboards in BI tools.
• Translate data into actionable business recommendations for senior management.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering/IT to operationalize models.
• Monitor model performance and business impact.
