Job summary

Indus Hospital in Pakistan seeks a senior project supervisor to oversee the planning, budgeting and monitoring of health initiatives, ensuring compliance with donor guidelines at provincial level. You will provide strategic oversight to sub-grantees and project teams, driving high-quality program planning and performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 13 to 15 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in health projects, hospital management, a pharmaceutical company or development-related work is preferred.
• Experience with immunization projects and cold chain management is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage project budget, ensuring alignment with donor financial guidelines.
• Overall planning, implementation and monitoring of activities per donor agreements at provincial level.
• Provide strategic oversight to sub-grantees/project teams for quality program planning and performance.
• Ensure activity monitoring, Policies/SOPs and KPIs are in place and monitored with corrective actions.
• Establish performance indicators and conduct evaluations of provincial/district activities.
• Prepare data analyses and progress reports for donor and IHNN senior management.
• Develop and execute project strategies aligned with national and provincial policies.
• Liaise with donors and stakeholders to enhance service delivery.
• Engage with provincial and district health authorities for policy support.
• Ensure compliance with donor and Indus Hospital & Health Network protocols.
• Deploy and manage human resources at provincial and district levels.
• Coordinate with government stakeholders (EPI, DoH, PPHI) and donors for implementation.
• Ensure each position is equipped with efficient resources.
• Provide personnel counseling and mentorship through trainings and coaching.
• Any other tasks assigned by Supervisor or management.
• Organize dissemination workshops for project best practices and lessons learned.
