Job summary

Indus Hospital is seeking a data-focused professional to manage program data, perform cleaning and analysis, and develop dashboards for monitoring performance across active sites. The role involves presenting findings and supporting research activities.

Ideal candidates have MBBS or a Master in Public Health, with at least one year of clinical data management experience and familiarity with statistical software.

Qualifications

• At least one year of relevant experience in clinical setting and in data management, including data entry, cleaning, and quality assurance.
• MBBS Degree or Masters in Public Health will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Managing program data, including data cleaning, validation, and quality assurance.
• Preparing and delivering presentations on program performance and research findings.
• Conducting data analysis using appropriate statistical software.
• Developing and maintaining dashboards to monitor program performance and key indicators across active DMP sites using appropriate data management and visualization tools.
• Planning field/site visits and managing ad hoc tasks to support research and program activities.
• Maintaining accurate records of research protocols, results, and conclusions.
• Preparing reports and manuscripts for publication.
• Contributing to the development of research proposals and grant applications.
