Role Description:

About the Role

We are looking for a talented and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join our Karachi office. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in graphic design, animation, and video editing and be able to create high-quality visual content for social media, digital marketing campaigns, websites, and various client projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Create creative and engaging designs for social media, digital campaigns, websites, advertisements, and marketing materials.
• Design static posts, carousels, banners, ads, presentations, and other digital creatives.
• Create motion graphics, animations, reels, and promotional videos.
• Edit short-form and long-form videos for social media and digital platforms.
• Add transitions, text animations, effects, subtitles, music, and other elements to videos.
• Develop creative concepts based on client briefs and marketing requirements.
• Maintain brand consistency across all designs and video content.
• Work closely with the Social Media, Marketing, Content, and Account Management teams.
• Manage multiple client projects and deliver creatives within deadlines.
• Make revisions based on client and internal feedback.
• Stay updated with the latest graphic design, animation, video editing, and social media trends.
• Support the creative team with new ideas and concepts for campaigns and social media content.

Required Skills

• Advanced knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Strong experience with Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro.
• Good understanding of motion graphics and animation.
• Strong knowledge of typography, composition, layout, and visual hierarchy.
• Experience creating content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
• Strong creative thinking and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Figma.
• Knowledge of 3D animation/design is a plus.
• Experience with AI creative tools is a plus.Previous experience working in a digital marketing agency is preferred.
• Experience handling multiple brands or client accounts.
• Experience creating Reels, product videos, promotional videos, and animated advertisements.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• 4+ years of professional experience in graphic design.
• Proven experience in animation and video editing.
• Strong portfolio showcasing graphic design, motion graphics, animation, and video editing work.

Candidate Profile

We are looking for someone who is creative, proactive, detail-oriented, and able to take ownership of projects from concept to final delivery. The candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced agency environment and handling multiple client requirements.Portfolio is mandatory.
