Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
• 4+ years of global compensation, rewards, or total rewards experience.
• Experience with compensation benchmarking tools and HRIS platforms.

• Conduct market benchmarking and compensation analyses to ensure equity and competitiveness.
