Qualifications

3–4 years of experience in selling IT/software development or outsourcing services.
Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, cold email and cold calling.
Strong written and verbal communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
Experience using CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.

Responsibilities

Build and manage an outbound pipeline through LinkedIn Sales Navigator, cold email, and cold calling.
Stay informed about industry trends, market shifts, and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
Use CRM to track leads, maintain client records, and report sales activities.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop prospecting strategies and refine outreach.
Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities.
Achieve monthly targets for qualified leads, meetings booked, and pipeline value.
Prepare business proposals, quotations, SOWs, and responses to RFPs/RFQs.
