Bestway Cement Limited is seeking an experienced Sr. Assistant Manager Financial Planning & Analysis to support budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting. You will lead monthly closings, performance analysis, and cross-functional reporting for the group.

Role requires IFRS knowledge, SAP and MS Office proficiency, and 4–6 years of FP&A experience. CA Finalist or ACCA member preferred. Strong analytical, modelling, and stakeholder management skills are essential.

Position Purpose

To support the Financial Planning & Analysis function through effective financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, analysis, and automation initiatives.

Job Description

• Support annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes.
• Lead monthly closing and management reporting activities.
• Coordinate quarterly and annual statutory audits.
• Prepare and support monthly performance reporting, analysis, and presentations.
• Conduct financial statement, ratio, and industry performance analysis.
• Support feasibility studies, valuations, and financial modelling as required.
• Drive automation and process improvement initiatives within Financial Planning & Analysis.
• Provide financial data and analysis for Group-level requirements.
• Liaise with cross-functional teams on financial planning and reporting matters.

Experience and Qualification

• CA Finalist / ACCA Member
• 04 to 06 years of relevant experience
