Job summary

Prime System Solutions is seeking a Senior FP&A professional in Pakistan with 7–10 years of experience in budgeting, forecasting, and data-driven decision support. The role emphasizes translating complex financial data into actionable insights for leadership and aligning plans across functions.

The ideal candidate will have strong financial modeling abilities, experience with ERP/financial reporting tools, and excellent communication skills for presenting to senior management.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or corporate finance.
• Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and Excel/Sheets skills.
• Experience with ERP and financial reporting tools (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Power BI).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Professional certifications such as CFA, ACCA, CPA, or CA finalist.
• Experience in multinational environments and data visualization familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning cycles.
• Conduct variance and trend analysis and build financial models.
• Prepare and present management reports, dashboards, and insights for senior leadership.
• Track KPIs and identify areas for improvement.
• Support investment decisions through ROI analysis and scenario modeling.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial plans with strategy.
• Ensure data accuracy and support audits as required.
• Recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and reporting quality.
