CERP | Evidence Matters in Lahore is seeking a Senior Associate – Financial Services (Analytics) to lead market research, analytics, and product development support for digital financial services, with a focus on digital banking and fintech.

You will analyze customer behavior and market trends, work with cross-functional teams to translate insights into financial products, and ensure alignment with regulatory requirements and industry trends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Data Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience in digital financial services, fintech, or banking, with prior experience in qualitative research, interviews, or field-based research projects.
• Knowledge of quantitative research methodologies and tools such as STATA, Power BI, and Dashboarding.
• Experience in digital banking, mobile payments, or financial product development is strongly preferred.
