CERP Analytics and Systems practice is expanding to combine quantitative and qualitative research, behavioral insights, and human-centered design to drive evidence-based decisions in banking, finance and policy.

The Project Manager – Financial Services (Analytics) will lead end-to-end consulting projects, conduct in-depth industry research, financial analysis, and develop data-driven solutions that support product innovation and strategic decisions for clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s in Economics, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 5+ years of project management in financial services.
• Experience in digital banking or fintech preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead analytics projects in banking and financial services.
• Manage full lifecycle, scope, timelines, and budget.
• Interface with clients, plan and run status calls.
• Ensure high-quality delivery and team motivation.
