CERP | Evidence Matters in Lahore is seeking a Senior Associate – Financial Services (Analytics) to lead market research, analytics, and product development support for digital financial services, with a focus on digital banking and fintech.

The CERP is an organization founded by renowned Pakistani academics in 2008, providing consulting, policy and advisory, and economic analysis services to the public and private sectors in Pakistan. We do this by undertaking rigorous quantitative research, acquiring industry knowledge, and building capacity for evidence-based decision-making and policymaking. CERP’s principal investigators include leading economists from Pakistan and abroad, including Nobel laureates and leading private sector practitioners.

The Senior Associate – Financial Services (Analytics) will lead market research, analytics, and product development support for digital financial services, with a focus on digital banking and fintech. The role involves analyzing customer behavior, market trends, and financial data to generate actionable insights and support the design of innovative, user-centric financial products. The Senior Associate will work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive data-driven decision-making, ensuring financial products and strategies align with market needs, regulatory requirements, and emerging industry trends.
