GlaxoSmithKline is seeking a Treasury, Insurance & Payroll Analyst in Karachi. You will manage daily banking operations, bank reconciliations, and SAP postings while ensuring governance and compliance across treasury, insurance, and payroll processes.
The role requires 2–4 years of experience, strong data analytics, and proficiency in Excel; Power BI is a plus. Collaboration with HR, CIRM, and business teams is essential for accurate cash management and month-end activities.
Treasury, Insurance & Payroll Analyst Manage daily banking operations, including bank balance monitoring, MT940 oversight, FEBAN transaction recording in SAP, preparing bank reconciliations, and maintenance of BSR schedules for key GL accounts. Ensure robust governance and compliance by performing ICFW banking controls, managing bank mandates and signatory changes, maintaining banking documentation, and supporting month-end closing activities for BIP. Act as the primary liaison with banks and key stakeholders, including market FD, FC, FBP, Corporate Treasury, HR, and other business functions to support cash management and operational requirements. Coordinate insurance activities, including policy renewals, data collection, premium payment processing, and engagement with Corporate Insurance Risk Management (CIRM), brokers, and business teams. Support payroll operations by ensuring liquidity availability, coordinating payroll payments, recording payroll transactions in SAP, and managing payroll-related accruals and amortization, including bonus, end-of-service benefits, and employee allowances.
Bachelor of Accounting and Financing is required for this role. 2 to 4 years of experience in a relevant field is required.
