Bestway Automotive is seeking a Senior Deputy Manager – Finance to lead financial planning, analysis and reporting, providing strategic insights to support growth and capital allocation. The role focuses on governance, accuracy of reporting, and compliance with governance standards.

The candidate should be a CA/ACCA Finalist with 8–10 years in the corporate sector, skilled in financial modelling, investment appraisals, and cross‑functional collaboration to drive profitability and risk management.

Qualifications

• Strong governance, compliance, and internal controls.
• Experience in financial statement analysis and ratio analysis.
• Delivery of actionable insights to drive growth and profitability.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and evaluation of business plans and strategic initiatives.
• Develop and oversee complex financial models for valuation, forecasting and scenario planning.
• Conduct investment appraisals, feasibility studies and due diligence for new ventures.
• Evaluate CAPEX proposals using ROI, IRR, NPV and payback analyses.
• Oversee preparation and review of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements.
• Manage month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Coordinate group reporting packages and ensure timeliness and compliance.
• Monitor performance vs budgets and forecasts, providing actionable insights.
• Partner with business leaders on planning, budgeting and performance management.
• Present analyses and recommendations to senior management.
