Nativ Global Holding Private Limited seeks a Senior Finance Executive to lead financial reporting, budgeting support, reconciliations, and taxation coordination, ensuring timely and accurate reporting while driving process improvements.

The role covers intercompany reporting, statutory statements, audits, ERP enhancements, and mentoring of the finance team to uphold finance standards and regulatory filings.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounts.
• Experience in financial reporting, reconciliations, taxation, budgeting and audit support.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems and financial reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly management packs with analysis, insights and dashboards.
• Oversee payments, reconciliations, accruals, and approvals.
• Prepare weekly profitability reports and highlight variances.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and financial planning.
• Manage intercompany reporting, settlements and cost allocations.
• Assist in statutory financial statements and coordinate with auditors.
• Review team deliverables for accuracy and compliance.
• Provide training and mentoring to finance team members.
• Coordinate taxation with regulatory filings (FBR, SRB, PRA, ICT).
• Handle international payments and vendor coordination.
• Monitor aging reports and escalate overdue risks.
• Support ERP reporting enhancements and process automation.
• Ensure timely month-end close and documentation.
• Conduct investment analysis and market research.
• Maintain agreement trackers and ensure contractual alignment.
