Job summary

Nativ-Global-Holding-Private-Limited in Karachi seeks a finance professional to oversee financial operations, reporting, and compliance, ensuring accurate statements and strong internal controls. You will coordinate a small team, support budgeting and forecasting, manage intercompany activities, and enhance ERP reporting and processes to aid strategic decisions.

A Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance with ACCA part-qualification and 2+ years' experience is expected, along with advanced Excel

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance; ACCA part-qualified with at least 7 exams passed.
Minimum 2 years of experience in a finance role.
Proficient Excel (VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, PivotTables) and ERP familiarity.

Responsibilities

Prepare and review monthly financial reports, profitability analyses, and dashboards.
Oversee payments, reconciliations, accruals, month-end close.
Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
Manage intercompany reconciliations and cost allocations.
Coordinate statutory statements and liaise with auditors.
Review outputs, guide the team, and ensure timely task delivery.
Monitor receivables, payables, aging, and KPIs.
Improve ERP reporting and internal controls.
Conduct investment research and ad hoc analyses to support decisions.
