Alibaba Group is seeking a detail-oriented Finance professional to manage and execute finance operations across Monetization domains. The role emphasizes end-to-end receivables and payables, rate card governance, stakeholder management, and process improvements to boost efficiency and accuracy.

Ideal candidates bring a 5+ year background in finance operations, strong ERP/Excel skills, and a proven ability to drive reconciliations, reporting, and strategic support for monthly and quarterly

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CA/CMA/ACCA.
• 5+ years hands-on experience in finance operations, shared services, AR/AP roles or regional roles.
• Proficient in ERP systems and Excel.
• Experience with financial reconciliations, revenue recognition, stakeholder management and process improvement initiatives.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage AR and AP operations for Monetization across regions.
• Supervise COD payouts and other payments with payment team to ensure timely disbursements.
• Perform end-to-end reconciliations between ERP, internal systems and actuals.
• Monitor invoice issuance and ensure accurate revenue and AR postings.
• Monitor receivables, analyze aging reports, and drive timely collections.
