Job summary

Pintern seeks a detail-oriented finance professional to support day-to-day financial operations for Monetization across multiple regional markets. You will manage accounts receivable and payable, rate card execution, and operational reporting.

You will work closely with operations, regional teams, product and technology departments, and internal finance stakeholders to ensure smooth financial processes and accurate reporting across diverse markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or related field.
• 1–2 years in finance operations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and issue invoices for Monetization clients across all business domains.
• Post accounts receivable, revenue, and collection entries in the ERP system.
• Monitor receivables, maintain aging reports, and follow up on recoveries.
• Process COD payouts for third-party sellers across regions.
• Reconcile ERP data with internal systems (LBS, LOP, DCloud) to actuals.
• Configure and bind rate cards after validating billing calculations.
• Maintain control sheets and provide updates to Heads of Departments and Finance Partners.
• Coordinate with operations, regional teams, product and technology departments, tax, and internal finance teams.
• Assist with month-end closing, audits, and ad-hoc finance tasks.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive finance professional to support the day-to-day financial operations for Monetization businesses across multiple regional markets. This role requires managing accounts receivable and payable, stakeholder coordination, reconciliations, rate card execution, and operational reporting. The candidate will work closely with operations, business units, regional teams, product and technology departments, as well as internal finance stakeholders to ensure smooth financial processes and accurate reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and issue invoices for Monetization clients across all business domains.
• Post accounts receivable, revenue, and collection entries in the ERP system, ensuring timely settlement.
• Monitor receivables, maintain aging reports, and follow up on recoveries across all regions and business domains.
• Process COD payouts for third-party sellers on a daily, weekly, or bi-weekly basis across all regions.
• Reconcile ERP data with operational internal systems such as LBS, LOP, and DCloud, ensuring alignment with actuals.
• Reconcile COD payable amounts with vendor liabilities recorded in the ERP system.
• Configure and bind rate cards in systems after validating billing calculations and address mapping.
• Maintain Monetization control sheets to provide visibility on payouts, payments, and outstanding balances; regularly share updates with Heads of Departments, Directors, and Finance Business Partners.
• Manage stakeholder relationships by coordinating with operations, regional teams, product and technology departments, tax, and internal regional finance teams.
• Assist with month-end closing activities, audits, and other ad-hoc finance tasks as required.

Required Qualifications

• ACCA Affiliate or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in finance operations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
