Job summary

Mashreq is seeking a detail-oriented professional to oversee end-to-end processing of Supply Chain Factoring, ensuring on-time disbursement, settlements, amendments, reconciliations and testing with zero errors.

The role requires 4–7 years in Supply Chain Factoring or Corporate Credit, with strong knowledge of banking systems like CBS/Flex, SWIFT and UAEFTS, and the ability to coordinate with stakeholders to meet SLAs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 4–7 years of experience in Supply Chain Factoring, Corporate Credit or Trade Finance Operations.
• Experience with multiple banking systems and UATs, BRD preparations, and deadline-driven work.
• Ability to learn new banking systems quickly and identify gaps.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end processing of disbursement, settlement, amendments and reconciliation with SLA/TAT.
• Review credit proposals and agreements with accuracy during sanctioning and post-disbursement.
• Conduct daily reconciliations across systems and ensure error-free operation.
