Key Responsibilities:

Lead the development of new textile products, including terry towels and fabrics, from concept to production.

Design fiber blends, digital prints, and jacquard/dobby/cadding layouts aligned with loom specifications and market trends.

Conduct market research and analyze local and international textile trends, especially in the terry sector.

Ensure all products meet customer specifications, focusing on fabric quality, colors, patterns, and finishes.

Oversee the entire product development cycle, ensuring timely design finalization and bulk production.

Collaborate closely with design, sampling, and production teams for smooth workflow and issue resolution.

Maintain organized design and client records to support effective planning and innovation.

Perform competitive analysis to stay ahead of market and industry trends.

Conduct client meetings and follow-ups for design approvals, feedback, and presentations.

Manage end-to-end towel product development, including research, photoshoots, and client pitching.

Use CAD software, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and other design tools for visualization and presentation.
