Job summary

HBL in Karachi is seeking a Senior Enterprise Network Security Specialist to lead IT network security initiatives at Habib Bank Plaza. You will review security architecture, perform risk assessments, and mentor security analysts to strengthen controls across on-premise and cloud environments.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in CS/Info Security/MIS and relevant certifications (CISA, CISM, CISSP, CRISC, MCSE, CCNA) with 3+ years in information security or IT risk management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Security or MIS.
• Certifications preferred: CISA, CISM, CISSP, CRISC, MCSE, CCNA.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Information Security or IT Risk Management.

Responsibilities

• Review security architecture and recommend controls for IT network.
• Perform information security risk assessments of IT network.
• Perform security assessment of Cloud Services.
• Design, assess security baselines and evaluate the effectiveness of hardening controls.
• Assist Team Leader in ensuring audit findings are closed timely.
• Liaise with vendor for IT network security projects.
• Supervise and review the work assigned to analysts.
• Communicate with Senior Management.
