Systems Limited is recruiting a Senior Network Security Engineer to administer and optimize our bank's IT security infrastructure, ensuring high availability of security controls and regulatory compliance. You will monitor threats, manage incidents, and drive security projects across on-prem and cloud environments.

The role emphasizes strong technical documentation, collaboration with stakeholders, and adherence to security governance and change management practices.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Information Security Operations and Network Security.
• Strong expertise in firewall administration, threat prevention, web security, and access control technologies.
• Hands-on experience with security monitoring, incident response, and problem management.
• Experience in implementing and managing enterprise security solutions across on-premises and cloud environments.
• Knowledge of Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery, and Security Governance practices.
• Familiarity with audit, risk management, and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and technical documentation skills.
• Experience managing security implementation and infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities

• Administer, maintain, and optimize enterprise security infrastructure and services.
• Ensure maximum uptime and performance of security controls while meeting ITSM SLAs.
• Proactively monitor firewalls, IPS, WAF, and other critical security systems to identify threats and ensure service availability.
• Manage security incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
• Execute security projects, technology deployments, upgrades, and infrastructure enhancements.
• Support secure network, platform, and device migrations.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, operational procedures, and security standards.
• Ensure compliance with organizational security policies, audit requirements, and regulatory standards.
• Support change management processes and security service requests.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to enable secure business operations.
