Job summary

You will identify stakeholder requirements, write specifications, and drive software development across multiple platforms while ensuring high quality and reliability. The role involves leading complex components, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and mentoring junior engineers while advancing product software processes

Qualifications

• Experience as Senior or Lead Engineer in a relevant discipline.
• Knowledge of MS Office tools is preferred.
• Experience with AUTOSAR BSW integration and diagnostic architectures.

Responsibilities

• Investigates product software problems and resolves them.
• Delivers verified software features and builds to product teams.
• Coordinates with cross-functional teams and ensures robust designs.
• Oversees smaller projects and mentors less-experienced staff.
• Leads development and improvement of processes across units.
• Provides guidance to influence technical direction.
